Step 1

We contact you to arrange most convenient method of collection for you. We understand you may be unavailable to come over to us so we always will try to help resolve the problem.

Step 2

After receiving the turbocharger, we begin our examination process, we strip down the turbocharger to each individual component so they can be cleaned for further examination.

Step 3

We clean the components of your turbo system, this process allows us to see and locate the fault without any hindrance, be it foreign object, a crack or honest wear and tear.

Step 4

After the fault has been detected, we then proceed further by putting all the turbochargers housings, nuts and bolts which hold the turbocharger together into a furnace to burn out any trace of carbon. At this point your old worn or possibly damaged core is being thrown away, all we keep is just the exterior of the turbocharger and no internals.

Step 5

After burning the components in the furnace and no trace of carbon is found, we polish the components and proceed to assembling your turbocharger using brand new genuine parts.

Step 6

At this point if any component does not meet the manufacturer's standard be it either a crack in one of the housings or natural wear and tear of actuator, we will contact you to inform you of potential problems it may cause and help you choose best solution.

Step 7

We proceed with assembly of your turbocharger at this stage where we put together brand new genuine core and any other necessary parts such as actuator which are certified by the manufacturer and meets their standards and your turbocharger's specifications.

Step 10

Final step is to examine the final assembly and make sure all nuts and bolts are tightened and then once it passes final examination, all the (VNT or VGT) are then setup on a VNT flow bench. This process is not carried out by most service companies as it is not an easy process and the equipment and the training is hard to get. However this process is crucial in the repair process. If this is not done, it can damage the turbo charger or in worst case scenario the engine itself.
